Before we do anything, we need to understand your likes, dislikes and expectations. It's critical for us to get to know you, so we can meet your needs and goals. We review your answers to focused questionnaires and guide you through brainstorming discussions.

	Google Voice We use google voice to communicate with out clients. We sometimes use the incall voice recording to document what tasks our clients would like us to perform.
	Google Apps We use google apps for our emails and document storage.
	EverNote EverNote is widely used by our staff to store any type of notes. It sync up with our mobile devices so we can always grab the important bits of information that we need to help our clients.

Design

Our team of designers now go to work creating the look and layout of your Website. Feedback is an essential component of the design stage, and we ask for your thoughts on each of the colors, pictures and visual elements that make up your initial design.

	Adobe Photoshop Photoshop is widely used by our staff to depict possible designs. It helps to engage better communication between our clients.
	iRise iRise is a great tool to sketch out a website's funcionality. We usualyl create iRise document for web application that have a lot of functionality so Media Riot and our client both understands how the final product will work.

Develop

Here, we program, code and configure your site to make sure it's user-friendly and has the technical infrastructure to support its outer shell. We enable all of your internal links and implement all customized back-end features such as eCommerce tools.

	Visual Studio 2008 Our main tool used to create static websites and web applications for our clients. At Media Riot about 80% of development is done using Microsoft Visual Studio.
	SQL Server 2008 The database of choice at Media Riot. We are a big fan of SQL Server because is robust and scalable.
	Source Gear Vault Everyday our developers reliable on Vault to backup and keep their code secure and up to date. When working in a team (sometimes remotely) it is important to share source code between developers.
